The set includes a 10cm paring knife, which is perfect for preparing fruit and vegetables: cutting and peeling are just some of the tasks this versatile, slim, pointed knife can be used for. The 20cm chef's knife has a wide, flat blade, making it easy to chop not only vegetables and fresh herbs, but also to smoothly cut fish and meat. Both knives have FRIODUR ice-hardened blades which makes them particularly robust and corrosion-resistant. The ergonomic plastic handle is perfectly balanced to ensure fatigue free working.
