The GS-91 is a fluted knife in the classic Japanese Vegetable style. This knife is perfect for cutting vegetables. Think lettuce, onions, cabbage, cucumbers and more... Great for vegetarians, vegans or if you simply love your fruit, veg and salads, then this knife is ideal in getting everything cut and prepped. The fluted blade edge stops pieces of vegetables getting stuck to the blade, the fluting collects pockets of air in the fluted area of the knife as you are cutting which stops the vegetables from sticking.
