Global GS-38 Paring Knife 9cm

The GS-38 9cm Paring Knife is a nifty little knife with a hollow handle. Use it to accurately and quickly slice up your veg, prepare salads and fruit. It is the hollow handle alternative to the GSF-15. The hollow handle has an ergonomic shape making this little knife comfortable to handle. The plain blade makes this knife great for peeling and coring fruit or vegetables as well as other tasks that require precision.
