The Non-stick coating layer is made from AMT's unique sealing with an anti-bacterial effect For cooking, there is no need to use oil, but if preferred, use only a thin layer of grapeseed or sunflower oil Dont use olive oil as this has a high amount of acid which will harm the Non-stick coating. Don't use metal utensils or cut in the cookware. The cookware is dishwasher-safe & easy to rinse.
